Operational update – Earthquake in Japan

Due to a major earthquake in Japan, we are currently working with our local teams and authorities to ascertain the extent of the damage and our ability to operate.

BA7 LHR – HND (Cancelled)
BA5 LHR – NRT (Currently closed for sale)

BA Services 12/03
All of our services are currently closed for sale

Advice for customers/agents
• We are working with local teams to understand the extent of the damage
• We urge all customers to check the status of their flights before proceeding to the airports
• Currently standard conditions of carriage apply

UCHIBO AREA, CHIBA PREF.
OGASAWARA ISLANDS
SAGAMI BAY AND MIURA PENINSULA
SHIZUOKA PREF.
WAKAYAMA PREF.
TOKUSHIMA PREF.
SETONAIKAI COAST OF OITA PREF.
WESTERN PART OF KAGOSHIMA PREF.
Tsunami attentions are in effect at some of the other coasts now.
